Carpet Remnants
A&P, the unofficial “King of carpet remnants”, will often have what you’re looking for.
Carpet Remnants
A&P’s humble beginnings can be traced as far back as 1973. As the sign in our showroom can attest. The name of the original establishment was “The Remnant Store”. A&P came to be in 1983, as A&P Carpet Center.
Under new ownership in 2020, we are now A&P Flooring. But our roots are still in the remnants world. Carpet installers from all over the valley know to bring their remnants to A&P because we always buy them. This means you can typically find what you’re looking for and we often have pieces of carpet up to 20′ x 12′. Email us, call or stop by because our stock is ever-evolving.

Pro's of Remnants
Carpet remnants are the left of section from new carpet rolls. The biggest advantage of a using a remnant is cost; you can save up to 90% from it’s retail counterpart. They are great for the temporary or “quick fix” situation. Because the remnants are smaller, they are perfect in low traffic (think closet) type applications.

Con's of Remnants
The down-side of buying remnants usually doesn’t outweigh the pro’s in the right situation. What you see is what you get, all remnants are bought “as-is”. Remnants, by nature, tend to be smaller, so we sometimes need to glue multiple pieces together, making them not ideal for high traffic situations.
